How do I track my order?
As soon as your magnets are completed, a tracking number will be sent out so you can follow their journey.

When will I get my order?
Orders are custom-made within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes less than a week via standard USPS mail. Expedited shipping is available. 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the United States regularly. For special requests, please contact us! 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We love working on larger projects or business-focused designs. Whether it’s for business logos, promotional events, or gift shop merchandise, we offer bulk pricing. Email us to chat about your order.

What’s your return policy?
Since every magnet is handmade with your uploaded photo, returns aren’t always possible. Contact us asap so we can discuss options if you aren't happy with the way your magnets turned out.
